Dubai: The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has announced a two-hour decrease in working hours every single day for all private sector employees in the UAE during Ramadan. Organizations can establish flexible or remote work arrangements based on their operational demands. Furthermore, the UAE government has announced the official working hours for public sector employees during Ramadan, which are 9 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Fridays.
